Further to the announcement by the Government on Saturday 31st October regarding a new lockdown, I would like to confirm firstly that we will remain open as usual until the 5th November 2020 with current Covid Secure measures in place. After this date we intend to help keep the country moving whilst working within the Covid guidance laid out by the Government. From the 5th November, we will remain open Monday-Friday, but with a difference. Sale display areas will not be open to the public until further notice. However, our sales teams will assist with sales enquiries remotely. You will be able to contact us over the phone or via our online live chat facility and we will be on hand to send vehicle videos and accept your orders remotely. Customers can continue to collect their vehicles, but handovers will be completed outside with full social distancing measures and Covid safe practices in place to keep everyone safe. Covid secure home delivery options will also be made available and can be discussed when placing your order. Furthermore, our service departments will continue to operate as normal, practicing the same covid safety measures that have kept both customers and staff safe for months, including any work being carried out by an appointment-only basis. It uses two clutches to change gears extremely quickly, making for imperceptible cog-swaps.
