All our motorhomes are prepared to an exact manufacturer’s standard. When an inbound motorhome is received by the service department it will undergo a preliminary visual inspection which is then recorded on the manufacturer’s database. When the vehicle reaches delivery status it undergoes a comprehensive 100 point pre-delivery inspection where all the appliances are tested together with a stringent examination of the interior furniture and soft furnishings. Again, these details are recorded. The vehicle is fully valeted and prepared in accordance with the chosen preparation plan.
Fitting of after production accessories
Accessories need to be of comparable quality to the craftsmanship of an Adria motorhome and one of our advisors can help you choose suitable items from recommended suppliers. Our manufacturer trained technicians will then fit your chosen options to the vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended fitting procedure.
A motorhome is a complex product and this is reflected in our handover programme. When your vehicle is due for collection one of our trained advisors will carefully demonstrate the motorhome and you will quickly get to understand how to operate the on-board appliances and the main functions. Finally, the handover is completed with a complementary stay at a local campsite to acquaint you with all the motorhome features. This is strongly recommended for all with a new motorhome or new to motorhoming.
Maintenance To maintain your vehicle’s appearance, functionality and value we have a fully equipped and approved service centre. All our technicians attend regular manufacturer’s training courses and our workshop receives independent quality control checks on a quarterly basis.
In the unlikely event that your Adria motorhome or one of its appliances should fail contact our Aftersales Support Team who will assist in finding the best solution to the problem. We have built a strong relationship with authorised service centres located throughout the UK and with Adria-mobil, who have one of the largest dealer networks that cover the entire European continent.
We are approved by leading insurance companies to carry out major damage repairs to Adria motorhomes. Where possible, all repairs are carried out using genuine parts and completed to the manufacturer’s required standard.
Specialising in brands allows us to maintain a high inventory of manufacturer’s parts. If a special part is required and not readily available then suitable alternatives may be recommended.
