WHEN YOU BUY AN APPROVED USED MOTORHOME FROM GEOFF COX LEISURE YOU WILL RECEIVE A WELCOME LETTER EXPLAINING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY FOR THIS VEHICLE TOGETHER WITH A WARRANTY BOOKLET
All of our pre-owned motorhomes unless stated otherwise receive our standard 80-point base vehicle and 120-point habitation check, and are supplied with our 12 months ‘Motorhome Plus’ mechanical and electrical warranty. This provides cover for the base vehicle and conversion in the event of a sudden mechanical or electrical breakdown of any component listed in our warranty booklet.
The maximum amount per claim is £1000 inc VAT. There is no limit to the amount of claims.
Unfortunately, we do not cover wear and tear items or cosmetic items such as (but not limited to) body and paintwork, decals, upholstery, window panels, window blinds / flyscreens, brakes pads/discs, tyres. Our warranty doesn’t include vehicle recovery and flat battery assistance; we recommend that you purchase adequate breakdown or recovery assistance cover.
The warranty period starts with the handover of the vehicle to the purchaser.
Our warranty also covers you to have the repair carried out by a third party of your choosing however they must be competent to carry out the repair to your satisfaction. In this case we will authorise a re-imbursement of an hourly labour rate of £50.00 per hour and parts at RRP. Any re-imbursements may take up to 14 days to return.
