Eligibility
1. This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales & Scotland) aged 18 years or over (the “Entrant”). Proof of age and residence may be required.
2. Employees of Geoff Cox Automotive, their families, agents or suppliers are not eligible to enter.
3. No entries from Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
Promotional Period
4. The Prize Draw entry period will open on 14th November 2025 at 09:00 and closes on 30th November at 23:59 (the “Promotional Period”).
5. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
How to enter:
6. One automatic entry is made for each new or used car purchased between 14–30 November 2025.
7. A deposit taken within the promotional period counts as a qualifying purchase, provided the customer ultimately completes full payment and takes delivery.
8. Delivery does not need to take place by 30 November, as long as the deposit was placed within the Promotional Period a valid entry will be counted.
9. Part-exchange and finance purchases are eligible provided a deposit is paid and delivery is completed.
10. One entry per qualifying purchase.
11. If a customer cancels their order or fails to complete payment and take delivery, their entry will be void.
Prize
12. The following prizes are available:
a. 1 x £1,500 cashback
b. 2 x Diamond Brite Paint Protection treatments
c. 3 x Car care packs (luxury fragrance kit, branded water bottle and keyring)
d. 4 x Luxury car valets
13. Prizes are non-transferable and may only be claimed by the named customer.
14. There is no cash alternative for non-cash prizes.
15. Diamond Brite treatments must be booked within 2 months of the winning notification date.
16. Valet prizes are valid for 3 months from the winning notification date.
17. Cashback will be paid via bank transfer to the named customer within 10 working days of confirmation.
Winner Selection
18. Winners will be selected by random computer draw on 12 December 2025.
19. The draw will be conducted by internal staff at Geoff Cox Automotive.
20. Winners will be contacted by email using details provided at point of purchase.
21. Winners must respond within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected using the same method.
Publicity
22. By entering, winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity, including having their photo taken for use on social media and marketing materials.
General:
23. Entrants that have not won a Prize will not receive notification that they have not won.
24. The Prize is as stated only. No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified Prize. Prizes are not transferable.
25. Cancelled vehicle orders or customers who do not complete payment and take delivery will no longer qualify.
26. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
27. The promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost emails or delays outside its control.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
29. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this Prize Draw is final, binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
30. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete, indecipherable, are not in accordance with the entry instructions or fail to arrive by the end of the Promotional Period. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are delayed or that are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, delays, or any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
31. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to suspect any Entrant or third party of cheating, deception, or fraudulent conduct of any kind (including without limitation, manipulating the Prize Draw, choice of winner or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any Entrant, entry, or person if it reasonably believes them to be responsible for, or associated with such activity. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
32. The Promoter will collect and process Entrants’ personal information in accordance with the privacy policy at https://www.geoffcox.co.uk/automotive/privacy-policy/. The information provided may be shared with the Promoter’s agents, affiliates and, if applicable, any third party prize provider (including those outside the UK/European Economic Area) who will process such information in accordance with their own privacy policy. Information provided by Entrants will only be used for the purpose of conducting this Prize Draw (including for Prizes to be delivered) and other purposes as may be specified or consented to at the time of entry or on promotional materials.
33. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
34. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, liabilities, injury, disappointment (including loss of profits, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings and whether special, direct, indirect, consequential) or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize/ gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury through negligence, and fraud) in which case that liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
35. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination, or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
