I don't know what I want

Let us help by first finding out how many people (children & adults) to sleep, preferred layouts, any pets, storage for sports gear, holiday items, extra equipment, etc. This will determine the size - its better to go for one that is adequate rather than finding out its too small and then having to trade up later. Then, browse through the Ci, Tribute and Karmann Mobil brochures - we are sure you will find a special motorhome to suit your requirements and budget

I know what I can afford but am looking at the next few years and don't want to change again - can I get finance to get a better van?

Its always a good idea to aim for a well equipped motor home that will take you through several good years of extended travelling. Our affordable finance terms for the additional amount would enable you to enjoy the added comforts of a more spacious van

Will you take my motorhome or car in part exchange?

We give excellent part exchange prices for your vehicle against one of our motor homes. Quality vans in good condition are particularly acceptable

When is a good time to buy?

We believe we offer the best deals possible on our motorhomes and these are posted on our website www. . Our manufacturers give good discounts for major exhibitions and we usually add our own incentive to these. Always ask if we have any special offers running - substantial savings can be made on discounted stock - and leave your contact details. If interested, be ready to buy as these are genuine offers.

I need special needs facilities

No problem. We are frequently asked to carry out surveys for facilities and advise on assistance work required. Registered disabled people are entitled to VAT exemption if they have the correct documentation.

I don't know what accessories I need

All vans come with basic equipment & fittings, obviously expensive ones have an extensive inventory. We don't persuade you to buy more than necessary, but will show all the equipment & accessories that are available for that model. Usually a TV is the first important requirement!. Some equipment may require factory/workshop fitting and should be included at the time of ordering.

'Help' when I take delivery of my new motorhome will you show me how everything works?

We give a full handover to explain where everything is and how things work. Then, a one night stay at a local camp site to get used to using the motor home equipment. Come back the next day for any assistance or answers to queries. However, we are always here at the end of the telephone and the showroom is open seven days a week for enquiries

My wife wants a big kitchen area and I want storage for my golf clubs
