"Dear Neil. No, it’s not a letter of complaint but simply a letter to say thank you for your kind reception and treatment during our visit to your establishment. We very much enjoyed meeting some of your family, including the long chat with your father who talked with pride of the family involvement in the firm’s growth and the real location of Denby. Although I have spoken to Gavin several times on the phone, we didn’t seem to have a chance to meet him in person, however we did get the chance to speak to and admire the work of the aspiring artist in the showroom, now that was a pleasure. Our day of admiration didn’t end there though, we were yet to meet Gaenor who appreciated my singing of the Red Flag as we watched the remnants of the Roller Team symbol flutter on the roof of the motorhome and what a driver! Finally, thanks for the loan of the car, it seemed to perform very well but as we didn’t get out of third gear, due to the heavy traffic, we were unable to make a full judgement."

We are happy to say that we have achieved high to maximum points for our Facilities, Display, Negotiations with Staff, Paperwork Explained, and Handover with a good percentage of ticks for Excellent Service. We have taken note of any lower scores and will endeavour to improve. In particular, Parking! We can only blame our busy workshop as motorhomes do take up a lot of space!
